Programme Manager Required

Programme Manager required on a permanent basis for a high-growth wealth management firm, based flexibly from their Swindon HQ.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a delivery-focused transformation professional with a proven track record of leading complex operational change within financial services. You'll play a key role in supporting the firm's next phase of growth, leading strategic transformation programmes and projects which underpin its value creation plan.

This role is intentionally flexible and could involve leading a major programme workstream or taking full ownership of strategic transformation projects, depending on business priorities. We're seeking someone who is adaptable, commercially minded and comfortable delivering across a varied portfolio of operational and regulatory change.

You will own a portfolio of complex, cross-functional operational transformation initiatives, taking accountability for end-to-end delivery from mobilisation through to benefits realisation. Operating at the portfolio interface, you will ensure programmes and projects remain aligned to strategic priorities, managing cross-programme dependencies while providing robust governance across the wider change portfolio.

Working closely with executive stakeholders, you will define programme objectives, governance frameworks, delivery roadmaps and KPIs, ensuring successful outcomes and measurable business benefits. You'll proactively manage budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and RAID, while maintaining clear reporting and ensuring delivery remains aligned to strategic objectives throughout the programme lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
