What You Would Do

Typical responsibilities could include:

  • Coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and dependency management
  • Supporting programme governance, reporting and escalation processes
  • Overseeing budget tracking, risk and issue management throughout the programme lifecycle
  • Facilitating communication between delivery teams, stakeholders and leadership
  • Contributing to programme planning, milestone definition and timeline maintenance
  • Supporting the coordination of Agile ceremonies and delivery progress where applicable
  • Collaborating with product and delivery partners on user story prioritisation and backlog refinement

What You Could Bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

  • Experience in end-to-end project or programme delivery, including multi-workstream coordination
  • Working knowledge of programme governance frameworks, risk and issue management
  • Demonstrated experience in project planning, reporting and stakeholder communication
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and ceremony facilitation
  • Competence in financial analysis, budget tracking and operational reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
  • Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
