ROLE PURPOSE
As Programme & Member Engagement Manager, you'll be responsible for turning that vision into a consistently excellent member experience. You'll be organised, system and process led, owning the planning and delivery of our member programme, ensuring every event, communication and interaction feels thoughtful, well-organised and valuable.
This is a highly visible role that sits at the center of Future Food Movement, working across membership, events, marketing, content and commercial teams to deliver a programme that members genuinely value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Future Food Movement’s member programmes, including the Accelerator, Expert Events, Farmer-Led Working Groups, Signals Briefings, Clinics, bespoke activations and networking events
- Develop and maintain programme schedules, delivery plans, templates and critical paths
- Coordinate event planning, speakers, facilitators, venues, contributors, communications and logistics
- Manage attendee journeys, including invitations, registrations, joining information, attendance tracking and post-event follow-up
- Ensure programmes and events deliver a consistently high-quality experience for members, partners, speakers and guests
- Coordinate the operational member journey from onboarding through benefit activation, engagement tracking and renewal preparation
- Maintain accurate programme, membership and engagement records across relevant systems and trackers
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with speakers, facilitators, partners, venues and programme contributors
- Maintain programme dashboards covering attendance, participation, member engagement, partner deliverables, programme costs and delivery status
- Prepare and circulate regular programme and engagement reports for the leadership team
- Identify and flag opportunities to improve member value, retention, operational efficiency and programme performance.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS & PROFILE
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong follow-through and ability to chase actions diplomatically
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- Understanding of accounting software, purchase and sales ledger
- High degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving small business environment.
WORKING HOURS & BENEFITS
- Salary £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday 8.30 – 17.30 with one hour for lunch
- Pension with 3% employer contribution once moved to permanent
- 25 days holiday plus bank holiday and Christmas shutdown days.
WORK LOCATION
Working from home & attend meetings in the office as required / London one day per month
