  • The ability to deliver high-quality tailored group and 1-2-1 sessions to support women overcoming barriers to integration.
  • Coordinate programme monitoring, data collection, reporting and evaluation activities to ensure effective project delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Support financial administration activities, including budget monitoring, expenditure tracking and compliance with funding requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation and evidence to support audits, performance reviews and funding compliance.
  • Develop and maintain productive partnerships with community organisations, statutory agencies and other stakeholders.
  • Organise and support engagement events, consultations, workshops and activities that encourage participation and improve outcomes for women.
  • Identify barriers affecting women and contribute to solutions that improve access to services and opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, case studies and impact evidence that demonstrate programme achievements and outcomes.
  • Support governance arrangements, meetings and action tracking processes.
  • Contribute to funding applications, project development activity and future service growth.
  • Promote equality, diversity, safeguarding and trauma-informed practice in all aspects of delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
