Programme Manager (Genomics)
Based at our offices in Sutton and Wallington, you will be at the heart of change, driving projects from inception to completion. The role will involve travel to other Trust sites.
What We're Seeking
An Experienced Senior Project Manager.
Experience in the healthcare sector and ideally delivered genomics projects.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
Exceptional communication skills.
You have demonstrated leadership ability and expertise in matrix management.
A PRINCE2 practitioner level qualification.
As the Programme Manager (Genomics), you'll not only lead projects but also play a pivotal role in developing the professional skills of our team. Through peer reviews and personal development initiatives, you'll ensure that each team member delivers project outputs to the highest standard, always on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
The post-holder will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of a number of strategic clinical digital projects, including, but not limited to:
- The development and delivery of a comprehensive programme of digital projects to support expanded and /or improved clinical/laboratory service delivery, primarily related to Genomics. This consists of a complex set of sub-projects. The role will be supported by experienced subject matter experts.
- Provision of programme management governance and formal report submission to Senior Responsible Officers and to Trust Clinical Genomics / transformation programme boards.
- Responsibility for delivering projects on time, to budget and to agreed quality standards that meet business needs. The appointee will liaise with the key stakeholders from the business and the Digital Diagnostics Programme, working closely with other Programme and Project Managers and Workstream Leads.
- There will be a requirement for the post holder to liaise with external stakeholders, specifically senior leadership at the North Thames Genomics Medicine Service (NTGMS).
