Our client is a membership organisation which brings together and represents the UK healthcare system are recruiting for a Programme Support Coordinator on an ongoing temporary basis to join a busy and collaborative team supporting healthcare improvement programmes across England. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised administrator who enjoys coordinating projects, managing stakeholders, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Working closely with programme managers and external partners, you will provide administrative and operational support across meetings, events, communications, and project activities. This role would suit someone who can work independently, use their initiative, and manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.
  • Coordinate meetings, diaries, travel, and events.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting papers, and minutes.
  • Maintain CRM systems, databases, and filing systems.
  • Support stakeholder communications and respond to enquiries.
  • Assist with finance administration, including purchase orders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support team productivity.

About You:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, project, or programme support role.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and database/CRM experience.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the confidence to use your initiative.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team.
  • Interested in equality, inclusion, and improving outcomes across public services.
