We are recruiting for the role of Programme Support Coordinator in our Social Work Academy.

Whilst this role is flexible on location some office attendance may be required.

We trust and empower colleagues to work in a hybrid way, providing the resources, equipment and support, so that individually and collectively, we can be the voice of children and young people when the family court makes critical decisions about their futures. We provide extensive wellbeing support for colleagues, as well as excellent benefits, all of which we hope encourages you to join us.

We are a diverse, inclusive organisation that is a safe space for colleagues with shared aspects of identity and lived experience, which helps ensure we provide a service which promotes the diversity and uniqueness of children and families from all backgrounds. We especially welcome applications from people from diverse backgrounds as we strive to ensure our workforce reflects the diversity of the children and families we work with.

Let us tell you a bit more about the role…

The Social Work Academy plays a vital role in supporting the development of social work practice across Cafcass. Working closely with practitioners, leaders, universities and external partners, the Academy delivers learning, development and professional programmes that build capability and strengthen outcomes for children and families.

As Programme Support Coordinator, you will provide high-quality programme, project and administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of Academy activities. You will coordinate learning programmes, support onboarding and induction activities, organise events and meetings, maintain programme information and provide excellent customer service to learners and stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and collaborating with colleagues across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
