Job Title: Programme Support Officer/PMO

Type: Contractor

Location: London (hybrid - 3 days)

Duration: 6 months

Vetting: NPPV2 or NPPV3 (CTC level) security clearance

Programme Support Officer required to support programme/project teams to develop, maintain and assure key artefacts and deliverables in line with Portfolio Office standards and requirements. The PMO will provide support across the Programme, helping to maintain effective governance, controls, and reporting. They will support programme and project teams in the development and management of key deliverables and artefacts, ensuring alignment with Portfolio Office standards and ways of working. They will also coordinate information, actions, and processes across the Programme to support efficient and consistent delivery.

  • Experience of supporting the delivery of programmes/projects within large and complex organisation
  • Experience of coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders, ensuring actions, dependencies and deadlines are followed through
  • Experience of preparing information for meetings, governance boards and reporting, with strong attention to detail.
