Role: Programme Test Manager
Location: London / Hybrid (2 days)
Start: ASAP
Rate: £700-750/day (inside IR35)

We are supporting a market leading Financial Services organisation who are looking for experienced Programme Test Managers to lead testing across a portfolio of high-profile, business-critical transformation programmes.

We’re looking to speak with senior testing professionals who have experience leading complex, enterprise-scale test programmes within Financial Services.

Responsibilities

  • Defining, governing, and delivering the end-to-end testing strategy
  • Coordinate all testing activities across multiple suppliers, business teams, technology platforms, and suppliers/vendors ensuring delivery quality, risk mitigation, and production readiness.

Key Skills

  • Proven background in Programme Test Management / Senior Test Management
  • Financial Services background and ideally understanding of Wealth Management systems and products
  • Strong coordination and governance experience around release cycles
  • Broad knowledge of end to end testing (Functional, Non-Functional, Performance, API Testing, Release Management)
  • Experience of Data Transformation projects and programmes, data validation, ETL / Data Migration testing
  • Excellent Stakeholder engagement skills
