The Programme Training Manager
The Programme Training Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the governance, planning, assurance and coordinated delivery of the ERP training workstream across all North West London Trusts and NWLPS.
The postholder will provide programme-wide leadership to ensure training readiness supports the successful deployment of Oracle Fusion ERP and the Local Finance Shared Services Centre (LFSSC) operating model.
Working closely with Programme Board members, senior Trust leaders, PMO, Accenture, Trust Training Leads and operational teams, the postholder will translate strategic objectives into a consistent training operating model, establishing standards, controls and delivery plans across multiple deployment waves.
The role requires significant autonomy to resolve complex training, scheduling, resource and readiness challenges, provide evidence-based recommendations, and support decision-making within programme governance frameworks.
The postholder will ensure a high-quality, well-coordinated training experience for all learners.
- Lead the planning, governance and delivery of the ERP end-user training programme across all North West London Trusts and NWLPS. Develop and maintain training schedules aligned to deployment waves, coordinating logistics, learner communications and training delivery through classroom, virtual and blended approaches.
- Chair the Programme Training Working Group and work closely with Trust Training Leads, Change Champions and trainers to ensure delivery against agreed training strategies, standards, milestones and readiness criteria.
- Coordinate Train-the-Trainer and UAT tester training, ensuring timely access to materials, training environments and programme updates.
- Manage dependencies between training, system build, testing and go-live activities, resolving risks, resource constraints and scheduling conflicts. Oversee training materials, localisation, quality assurance and version control.
- Provide authoritative reporting, forecasts and specialist advice on training readiness, governance, compliance and change impacts, supporting Programme Boards and senior stakeholders to make informed decisions.
