Salesforce Training Manager, UK Wide Location, Flexible Contract Role

The Programme Training Manager will lead the design, delivery, and coordination of training for a Salesforce transformation programme within financial services (sector experience nice to have but not essential). The role ensures colleagues are prepared to adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working through effective, role-based, and engaging learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the programme-wide training strategy, plan, and schedule.
  • Work with business SMEs, Salesforce specialists, and change teams to define learning needs.
  • Create role-based learning materials, including guides, e-learning, workshops, and system demonstrations.
  • Coordinate training delivery across business units, locations, and stakeholder groups.
  • Engage business leaders and managers to support adoption and reinforce new behaviors.
  • Track attendance, completion, feedback, and readiness metrics, reporting progress to programme governance.
  • Manage learning risks, dependencies, and training-related actions within the wider programme plan.
  • Ensure training content reflects financial-services processes, controls, data requirements, and regulatory expectations.
  • Establish a network of trainers, super-users, and change champions to provide ongoing support.
  • Support the transition from programme delivery to business-owned learning and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
