Salesforce Training Manager, UK Wide Location, Flexible Contract Role
The Programme Training Manager will lead the design, delivery, and coordination of training for a Salesforce transformation programme within financial services (sector experience nice to have but not essential). The role ensures colleagues are prepared to adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working through effective, role-based, and engaging learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the programme-wide training strategy, plan, and schedule.
- Work with business SMEs, Salesforce specialists, and change teams to define learning needs.
- Create role-based learning materials, including guides, e-learning, workshops, and system demonstrations.
- Coordinate training delivery across business units, locations, and stakeholder groups.
- Engage business leaders and managers to support adoption and reinforce new behaviors.
- Track attendance, completion, feedback, and readiness metrics, reporting progress to programme governance.
- Manage learning risks, dependencies, and training-related actions within the wider programme plan.
- Ensure training content reflects financial-services processes, controls, data requirements, and regulatory expectations.
- Establish a network of trainers, super-users, and change champions to provide ongoing support.
- Support the transition from programme delivery to business-owned learning and continuous improvement.

Experience and Skills
- Proven experience managing training for large-scale Salesforce or CRM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of learning strategy, instructional design, and blended delivery methods.
- Experience working within financial services, with an understanding of regulated environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery deadlines.
- Experience using learning platforms and analyzing adoption, completion, and feedback data.
- Strong understanding of change management and user adoption principles.
- Salesforce certifications or experience would be desirable.
