We are working with a growing organisation operating across football, education and youth development, looking to appoint a Programmes Coordinator in the East Midlands as the business continues to expand across the UK.
This is a hands-on operational role supporting the smooth running of community-based sports programmes. You'll work across programme planning, delivery and administration, coordinating with coaches, participants, venues and other stakeholders to ensure activity is delivered to a consistently high standard.

You will…
- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of sports and community programmes.
- Support planning, scheduling and programme administration.
- Coordinate with coaches, venues, participants and external stakeholders.
- Help ensure sessions are properly resourced and delivered effectively.
- Monitor attendance, engagement and programme activity.
- Support the development and improvement of programme delivery.

About You
- Current/former elite/professional athlete
- Experience in programme, project, operations or event coordination.
- Is confident communicating with different stakeholders.
- Takes initiative and is comfortable working independently.
- Is confident using digital systems and administrative tools.
- Is passionate about sport and its ability to create positive opportunities for people.
Location: East Midlands (hybrid)
Salary: £30k - £36k
