Job Description & Summary

About your role:

We are a global professional services firm supporting leading organisations across audit, tax, consulting, risk and deals. Our People Function partners with stakeholders to shape and deliver the people strategy, enhancing employee experience and business performance. Within this, the Learning Implementation & Reporting team ensures learning programmes are effectively delivered end-to-end, managing logistics, suppliers, systems and programme performance. Course Managers oversee the full lifecycle of learning interventions, including project, risk, financial and commercial management. They ensure high-quality delivery, maintaining excellent service standards while working closely with stakeholders and L&D colleagues to meet organisational needs.

What your days will look like:

  • Lead the end-to-end project management of learning programmes, ensuring effective delivery and driving continuous improvement throughout
  • Oversee project initiation, budgeting, risk management and reporting, while coordinating activity with wider L&D teams and suppliers
  • Act as the escalation point for programme issues, support planning and logistics, and enable smooth implementation through clear project plan
  • Coach and guide junior team members, while maintaining strong relationships with third party suppliers to uphold quality and service standards

This role is for you if:

  • You have strong project, risk and budget management skills, with the ability to organise complex work effectively
  • You are skilled at building collaborative relationships, communicating confidently, and influencing at all levels
  • You have experience in supporting or coaching junior colleagues and fostering a trusted, positive team environment
  • You are goal focused and commercially aware, with the ability to make sound, timely decisions based on analysis
  • You are self-motivated, adaptable and creative, with a proactive approach to problem solving and navigating ambiguity
  • You have confidence using digital collaboration tools and interested in learning design, delivery and modern development approaches such as 70:20:10
