As a Programmes Facilitator, you will empower people affected by drug and alcohol use to build brighter futures through recovery-focused programmes.

About The Role

  • Deliver engaging and evidence-based psychosocial group interventions.
  • Facilitate the Atlas Programme and other structured groupwork.
  • Encourage participation, challenge thinking patterns and support behaviour change.
  • Conduct assessments and determine suitability for interventions.
  • Provide motivational one-to-one support to enhance engagement in recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with prison staff, healthcare professionals and partner agencies.
  • Support reduced harm, improved wellbeing and successful reintegration into the community.

About You

  • Experience delivering or supporting group-based psychosocial interventions.
  • Strong understanding of recovery principles and behaviour change.
  • Ability to create safe, inclusive and engaging group environments.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Commitment to person-centred care and positive outcomes.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality and information governance.
