The Learning Implementation & Reporting (LI&R) Programmes Team
The Learning Implementation & Reporting (LI&R) Programmes team is responsible for delivering high-quality learning programmes that drive business performance and enhance the learner experience. Working across the full programme lifecycle, from design and planning through to implementation and evaluation, the team oversees the governance, financial, commercial and operational activities that ensure successful delivery. This role provides central PMO and project delivery expertise across a diverse portfolio of learning initiatives.
About the Role
You'll establish robust governance, drive delivery excellence and provide clear portfolio oversight, while leading key projects and continuous improvement initiatives from inception through to business-as-usual adoption. Working closely with Course Managers, Course Executives and a wide range of stakeholders, you'll translate business priorities into structured plans, coordinated delivery and measurable outcomes. Combining hands-on project management with portfolio oversight, resource planning, risk management and process improvement, you'll also play a key role in embedding consistent project management standards and building delivery capability across the team.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Establish and embed consistent project management standards, governance frameworks and reporting across the Programmes team.
- Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, guidance and standard operating procedures to support effective delivery.
- Coach and support colleagues in applying project management best practices, building capability across the team.
- Lead priority projects and strategic initiatives from inception through to implementation and business-as-usual adoption.
- Translate business requirements into clear project plans, deliverables, milestones and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies, resources and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and accountability, working collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, enhance governance and increase delivery efficiency through technology and automation.
- Use data, feedback and lessons learned to evaluate outcomes, demonstrate benefits and support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across Learning, Technology, Quality and Risk functions to deliver sustainable change and improve the learner experience.

This Role is for You If
- You have proven experience managing end-to-end projects and multiple workstreams, with successful delivery outcomes in complex or ambiguous environments.
- You have strong PMO, project planning and governance capability, including experience of maintaining project plans, RAID logs, progress reporting and delivery controls.
- You have experience using Smartsheet or comparable portfolio and project management tools to manage plans, dashboards and reporting.
- You have strong risk management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues early, assess impacts, and coordinate practical solutions.
- You have a proven ability to build collaborative relationships across teams, challenge constructively and drive accountability for actions and deadlines.
- You have experience leading continuous improvement, process change or technology adoption and embedding changes into business-as-usual operations.
- You have experience creating, implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and associated controls.
