About LoyalBe

LoyalBe is a fast-growing Card Linked Offer (CLO) network. We connect leading brands with millions of consumers through our network of partners, including major card networks, banks, and fintechs. We offer a smarter, more measurable growth channel by connecting global brands, banks, and consumers in a single, frictionless, pay-for-performance rewards network.

Today we work with top brands such as Just Eat, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, New Balance, Lego, adidas, Vodafone and more.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an Account Manager to own and grow loyalBe’s largest banking and financial institution partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building trusted senior relationships, running live partnerships day to day, and constantly finding ways to make them perform better.

You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of major partner programs. Your measure of success is simple: keep our biggest clients happy and engaged, and increase the number of live brand offers running on every program you own. You’ll work closely with our brand, product, and operations teams to make that happen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of loyalBe’s largest global banking, card network, and fintech clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, running regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance reporting.
  • Grow the number of offers on every program, working with our brand teams to match the right merchants to the right audiences.
  • Build offer roadmaps and campaign calendars for each program, ensuring strong coverage across categories, seasons, and key trading moments.
  • Monitor program performance - offer coverage, redemptions, engagement, and revenue - and turn what the data shows into a clear action plan.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts and lead those commercial conversations.
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues quickly, coordinating internally to keep partners well informed.
  • Support renewals and ongoing commercial discussions with existing brand team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
