EMEA Sales Excellence Strategy & Programs Lead

The EMEA Sales Excellence Strategy & Programs Lead will establish and lead a dedicated regional capability that translates Corporate and EMEA priorities into scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and strategic programs.

This role will connect strategy to execution by synthesizing priorities across Corporate, EMEA, Finance, and Operating Units into a clear and actionable portfolio. The successful candidate will create the operating rhythms, governance mechanisms, and repeatable playbooks required to drive consistent execution across markets, segments, and solution areas.

Working across Sales, Finance, Operations, and regional leadership teams, this individual will strengthen business performance management, pipeline governance, and decision-making at scale. The role will also advance an AI-first operating model by embedding AI-powered insights, automation, and reusable workflows into Sales Excellence programs.

Success will be measured through stronger prioritization, faster decision-making, clearer accountability, consistent adoption, and measurable business outcomes across EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Own the EMEA Sales Excellence strategy, portfolio, and operating model, ensuring alignment with Corporate, regional, and Operating Unit priorities while translating strategy into actionable execution plans.
  • Lead the design, governance, and delivery of EMEA-wide programs, including prioritization, sequencing, resource alignment, execution oversight, and outcome measurement.
  • Drive scalable Sales Excellence initiatives across areas such as Top of Funnel, account planning, execution standardization, sovereign priorities, and AI-enabled business transformation.
  • Establish governance and operating rhythms that enable effective decision-making, clear accountability, prioritization, escalation management, and disciplined execution.
  • Strengthen business performance and execution management by connecting financial, solution-area, segment, market, pipeline, and forecast insights to growth opportunities, risks, and intervention strategies.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, Operations, and Operating Unit leaders to align priorities, investments, success measures, and execution plans across the region.
  • Drive adoption, scale, and continuous improvement through playbooks, best practices, AI-powered capabilities, automation, change management, and capability-building programs that improve productivity, decision quality, and business outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
