Progress Chaser - Audi York

As a Progress Chaser at our Audi York dealership you will support and organise the flow of work through the workshop, acting as the key point of communication between front of house and the workshop team, whilst maintaining a keen and consistent eye on paint and repair quality to ensure vehicles are repaired right first time and ready on schedule.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

  • Carry out quality checks on paintwork and bodywork at key stages of the repair process, identifying and addressing defects before vehicles progress or are handed back to the customer.
  • Monitor the flow of vehicles through the workshop, tracking job progress against target completion dates.

  • Chase parts, authorisations, signoffs and any other requirements needed to keep jobs moving and prevent delays.
  • Update relevant colleagues, including front of house and management, on progress and likely completion dates.
  • Support the workshop team to meet deadlines, helping reprioritise work where needed to keep jobs on track.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment in line with Health and Safety standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
