Project Accountant (9 Months FTC)
East Kilbride 9 Months Fixed-Term Contract
An established, internationally operating professional services organisation is seeking a Project Accountant to join its Glasgow team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
This role sits within a project-driven environment and will suit a finance professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams, providing commercial insight and ensuring strong financial control across multiple projects.

- Financial management and reporting across a portfolio of projects
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Monitoring project costs, revenue recognition and profitability
- Supporting month-end and year-end processes
- Partnering with project managers and non-finance stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with internal financial controls and processes
- Ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
Requirements
We’re keen to speak with professionals who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a project accounting or management accounting role
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven, project-based environment
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge and influence
- Part-qualified, fully qualified (CA / ACCA / CIMA) or qualified by experience
