We are looking for a bright, bubbly, hardworking and commercially minded Project Administration Executive to join a fast-paced and supportive team.
This is not an Events Manager role. It's an exciting opportunity for a graduate or early-career candidate who wants to develop a career across travel, concierge, projects, client services and commercial administration.
What will you be doing?
You'll have a varied role supporting projects across UK and international markets, including:
- Researching destinations, hotels, experiences, suppliers and travel trends
- Supporting budgets, costing and financial administration
- Reviewing information and numbers and spotting discrepancies
- Contributing ideas and marketing initiatives
- Supporting pitches, proposals and presentations
- Helping ensure projects are delivered on time, on specification and on budget
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and project teams
- Supporting purchasing, stock management and reordering
- Keeping up to date with trends across travel, concierge and events
- Supporting networking, exhibitions and industry events

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for personality as much as experience. You'll be:
- A graduate with a minimum 2:1
- Passionate about travel and naturally curious about the world
- Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented
- Highly analytical, with strong numerical skills
- Commercially aware and comfortable working with budgets
- Confident, articulate and personable
- Energetic, positive and enthusiastic
- A proactive problem solver who looks for the right solution
- Hardworking, resilient and willing to get stuck in
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Computer literate and confident using spreadsheets
- A strong written and verbal communicator
- A valid UK passport is essential

You don't need to know everything on day one. What matters is your attitude, curiosity, intelligence, work ethic and willingness to learn. A second language is desirable but not essential.
The practical bit
- Office-based – 5 days per week
- 9am–6pm, with regular evening networking and industry events
- Some weekend, overnight and international travel may be required
