Project Administrator
West Molesey
£30,000 per annum + bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects from order confirmation through to completion, ensuring deadlines, documentation, and updates are effectively managed
- Act as a main contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, providing clear communication and regular project updates
- Maintain accurate records across CRM systems, project trackers, quotations, and customer documentation
- Support technical project processes including reviewing specifications, drawings, measurements, and survey information
- Assist with general project administration, scheduling, enquiries, and ensuring all required information is completed before project progression

Key Requirements
- Previous experience in project administration, project coordination, sales administration, or a similar position
- Experience within construction, manufacturing, design, or another technical sector would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office 365 and CRM or project management systems
