Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
Part Time | Monday to Friday | 20 hours per week (4 hours per day) | Office Based

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping projects organised and wants to play a key role in supporting our Site, Project and Construction Managers.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for keeping our projects running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliance records are up to date and our project teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our Project Managers and Contracts Managers.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy project filing systems.
  • Prepare project correspondence, meeting minutes and reports.
  • Manage project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate drawings, specifications, RFIs, technical submissions and approvals.
  • Monitor outstanding actions and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain subcontractor compliance records, including:
    • RAMS
    • Insurance certificates
    • Competency records
    • Training certificates
    • CSCS cards
  • Maintain Health & Safety documentation.
  • Compile Operation & Maintenance Manuals and Health & Safety Files.
  • Coordinate project close-out documentation.
  • Support subcontractor onboarding and document collection.

About You

You'll have:

  • Previous experience in a construction administration or project support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using document management systems.
  • An understanding of construction terminology and the construction project lifecycle.
