Job Title: Project Administrator
Company: Sembcorp Energy, Wilton International
Location: Wilton, Redcar
Contract Type: Initially temporary, with the potential to become permanent for the right person. To start immediately.
Salary: Negotiable
Hours: 41.5 hours per week
Role Overview
Sembcorp Energy is looking for a Project Administrator to join the team at Wilton. This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with strong coordination skills to support project delivery through accurate administration and reporting.
The role is initially offered on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across project activities
- Update and maintain Excel trackers to ensure project data is accurate and current
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to support project progress
- Assist with the preparation of reports, documents, and project records
- Help ensure administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Support general office and project coordination duties as required
Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a project environment
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Confident using Excel, including updating and maintaining trackers
- Experience in using SAP would be a distinct advantage
- Good communication skills and the ability to liaise across teams
- Able to work office based, full time
- A proactive, reliable approach with good attention to detail
