Company Description

Due to continued growth, Safelift Offshore Ltd requires a Project Administrator to join our renowned lifting and mechanical handling equipment team to support all of our product supply and engineered solutions.

As a Project Administrator at Safelift Offshore Ltd

  • Support reception duties; answering and directing telephone calls, welcoming visitors, and assisting with general office administration.
  • Create and maintain project documentation using client-provided templates and company formats.
  • Develop project document indexes and document registers.
  • Compile Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and project handover packages.
  • Gather and collate supplier documentation, including manuals, certificates, drawings, and technical information.
  • Create and update spare parts lists, equipment registers, and other project-specific documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within project deadlines.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative, project administration, or document control role.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable

  • Experience working within engineering, manufacturing, offshore, oil & gas, or construction industries.
  • Knowledge of document control processes and revision management.
  • Experience compiling technical documentation, manuals, or project handover packs.
  • Knowledge of MS Project
