Job Description

πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities

  • Document Control – Manage Programme Euston document flow and maintain SharePoint & Teams.
  • Communication – Own the team mailbox, coordinate information and ensure stakeholders receive timely updates.
  • Governance – Coordinate meetings, prepare papers, record RoADs and track actions through to completion.
  • Reporting – Support trackers, dashboards, briefings, process maps and organisational charts.
  • Stakeholder Management – Build effective relationships across Client Projects and Industry Partners, representing your team at meetings and working groups.

Additional Information

Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will require Security clearance. To gain this they will be required to be a Sole UK national, Hybrid working from home/client site in Helensburgh
