Role Overview
As a Project Administrator, you will support the successful delivery of projects by providing administrative support to Project Managers and Coordinators. You will be instrumental in maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of project activities.
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and trackers.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, flagging potential delays.
- Liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure alignment.
- Support procurement and logistics processes related to project execution.
- Help manage budgets, invoices, and resource allocations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and whilst not essential, some exposure to Project Management tools would be beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field or similar qualification.
- Project Management qualification such as Prince 2 (not essential).
