Project Administrator - Flexible Hours

Cheltenham - Full time and Part Time 24hrs p/w upwards considered

Closing Date: 7th September 2026, we reserve the right to close this advert early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications.

Here at CoreTech we continue to grow and have the need to hire an additional member of the Commercial team. You’ll be working closely with people who genuinely back each other. Everyone pitches in and works towards the same goal, supporting each other to keep CoreTech projects running smoothly.

There is true variety in this role - you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our consultants and project teams have everything needed from a back-office perspective to guarantee projects are run efficiently. You’ll have the ownership of day-to-day procurement, financial administration and project processes. Working closely with multiple areas of the business it’s imperative that you have a keen eye for detail, the ability to keep organised, and to prioritise effectively within project delivery schedules.

Outside of the day-to-day you will get involved with ongoing business improvements and help us evolve our processes with the focus on being consistent, compliant, documented and efficient.

The work is varied, but there is one common theme - a need for someone who takes pride in keeping things accurate, organised and confidential.

Who Are You

Someone with experience of administration in an office-based environment, ideally with a lens on finance and/or procurement where you dealt with a large volume of requests meticulously.

  • You’re organised and detail-orientated, knowing what to tackle first and how to prioritise keeping everything on track.
  • You treat data integrity as a personal standard.
  • You communicate efficiently and effectively both in person and in writing.
  • You can spot and identify areas for process improvement, and have the knowledge to suggest and implement solutions.
  • Someone eligible for UK Security Clearance up to SC level.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
