About The Job
We are seeking a highly organised Project Administrator to join our growing team delivering large-scale planned maintenance programmes for one of our key council clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a Tier 1 contractor working on a high-profile social housing contract. Due to continued growth across the project, we're looking for a Project Administrator to work closely alongside the Scheduling team, helping to keep operations running smoothly while delivering an excellent service to residents and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team and schedulers
- Manage and maintain project documentation, records, and databases
- Raise orders, process paperwork, and ensure accurate data entry
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating operatives
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally
- Produce reports and update project trackers for management teams
- Liaise with residents, client representatives, and internal departments
- Support performance reporting and ensure project information remains accurate
Scope of Works
Projects Will Typically Include a Mix Of
- Kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes
- External refurbishment works
- Roofing and energy efficiency upgrades
- General planned maintenance across occupied social housing properties

Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in an Administrator, Project Administrator, Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and Outlook
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
Desirable
- Experience within social housing, construction, repairs, or planned maintenance
- Experience supporting scheduling or operational teams
- Knowledge of working within a contractor or client-led environment
