Job Title: Project Administrator

Purpose of the Job
The Project Administrator will support the day-to-day administration and mobilisation activities of the Padeswood CCS Project (“Project”).
Key Tasks
- Travel and accommodation arrangements, business trip expense claims, and invoice/payment processing as required.
- Coordination of project personnel mobilisation and onboarding activities.
- Logistical support and coordination for project personnel, subcontractors and site visitors.
- Stakeholder management, including scheduling and organising site visits and meetings.
- Timesheet administration and attendance tracking for project members.
- Document control, filing and record management in accordance with project requirements.
- Provision of day-to-day administrative support to the project site office, including coordination of office facilities, supplies and visitor access.
- Support the project team with administrative activities required for the successful delivery of the project.
- Assist with ad hoc project activities and special assignments as required.

Person Specification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good administrative and clerical skills.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Full UK driving license.

Due to the nature of the role and the requirement to provide direct administrative support to the project team, contractors and visitors, this position is based full-time at the project site office, five days per week.

09:00am – 17:00pm

Monday to Friday (at Site Office)
