Project Coordinator – Investment Management - London - Hybrid - 24 Month Contract

We’re partnering with a leading global investment manager that is looking to hire a Project Coordinator to support a major operational outsourcing and transformation programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong project coordination / PMO experience who wants exposure to a large-scale change programme within financial services.

The Role

Working closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders, you’ll help coordinate the successful delivery of a key operations outsourcing initiative.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining project plans, milestones and delivery trackers
  • Coordinating meetings, actions and project documentation
  • Managing RAID logs and tracking risks, issues and dependencies
  • Supporting project governance and producing regular status updates
  • Coordinating activity across internal teams, external vendors and third-party providers
  • Monitoring deliverables and following up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
  • Supporting process mapping, documentation and operational readiness
  • Assisting with testing, implementation and transition activities where required

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, PMO Analyst or Project Support position
  • Experience within financial services, investment management or asset management would be advantageous
  • Exposure to outsourcing, operational change or transformation programmes is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and third-party providers
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and general project documentation skills
