Vercity is looking for a confident, highly organised Project Administrator

Vercity is looking for a confident, highly organised Project Administrator to play a pivotal role in the management of our project at North Middlesex University Hospital and an additional 3 hospitals across Middlesex and Essex.

This is a role for someone who is a natural and proven organiser who can prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders - internally and externally - right to Board level. You thrive in fast-moving, complex environments, enjoys working at the heart of an operational team and can support the administration needs of a team of 10.

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager

You'll provide hands-on administrative support across all aspects of our project delivery, ensuring our contractual, financial and statutory obligations are met. Experience within facilities management and/or acute hospital settings in complex contractual projects would be a benefit, but the key skills are your administration skills and capability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
