Dalkia UK are looking for a Project Administrator to join our PFI contract team in the Manchester area. This is a hybrid role with expectations to work from our office in Trafford Park a couple of days a week minimum.

Summary Of Responsibilities

  • Update Variation trackers
  • Update Pipeline tracker
  • Monitor Projects email inbox
  • Chase for updates from PM's
  • Assist PM where required
  • Send RTI's for Final Account's to Finance
  • Review monthly WIP report
  • Create / update SEAM folders
  • Meeting minutes
  • Chase up contractor quote requests
  • Update Planned Lifecycle Tracker
  • Monthly report variations information to send to contract admin team
  • Populate Team meeting slides
  • CAFM form input data

Hours of Work

Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

Experience

  • Previous similar or relevant experience of working with clients & end users
  • Exceptional levels of customer service
  • Knowledge of Concept - Desirable
  • Basic commercial awareness – working within SLA's and KPI's.
  • Experience within the FM industry
  • Microsoft Office IT Skills intermediate
  • Undertaking basic financial support – invoicing/WIP/applications and interims
  • Demonstrable experience in similar customer facing or service provider role.
  • Able to multi task in a high pressured environment
