The Project Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in London Central, supporting project teams in the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across SCK Group Ltd’s service lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Organizing project documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Updating schedules
  • Ensuring that key milestones and deadlines are tracked and communicated
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Preparing reports
  • Assisting with contract documentation
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep information flowing smoothly

The role involves supporting compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements by managing relevant paperwork and data, and helps streamline office and project processes for greater efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including experience with document management, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency with office software and digital tools (e.g., MS Office suite, project management or CRM systems, shared drives).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with project managers, site teams, clients, and suppliers.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing reports, handling data, and managing compliance-related documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work to deadlines, and support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of basic project management principles; experience in construction, environmental services, or related sectors is advantageous.
  • Awareness of health and safety and compliance processes; experience working within certified or regulated environments is a plus.
  • Relevant education or training in business administration, project support, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
