Job Overview
As a Project Administrator, you will be working closely with Portfolio Managers and wider project teams. You will be responsible for coordinating governance activities, preparing meeting documentation, maintaining project records, and supporting the effective management of confidential business information. This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in an administrative support position and enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Contract Details
- Contract Length: 3 months (with visibility to extend)
- Location: Newbury (hybrid/remote)
- Rate: £250 per day (inside IR35)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, governance packs, and presentation materials.
- Attend project and governance meetings, taking accurate minutes and maintaining action logs.
- Track actions and decisions, ensuring updates are recorded and followed up where required.
- Maintain project documentation, filing structures, and records within SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Provide document management support, ensuring information is accurately stored and easily accessible.
- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and support the day-to-day administration of governance activities.
- Handle sensitive and confidential business information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.

Key Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, project administration, PMO support, or coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience preparing agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining action trackers.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
