The Role

Ethero is recruiting a Temporary Project Administrator to join the Major Projects team of a well-established organisation at its distribution hub in Uttoxeter.

This is a key administrative role supporting a busy seasonal project. You will help coordinate deliveries, maintain accurate system records and communicate with drivers, third-party transport providers and internal departments.

Your work will play an important part in ensuring assets are dispatched, tracked and delivered smoothly and on time throughout the Christmas project period.

Important: Due to the location of the site and very limited public transport links, applicants must have their own reliable mode of transport to travel to and from work.

Key Responsibilities

Project Administration

  • Creating purchase orders
  • Dispatching loads and preparing proof of delivery paperwork
  • Updating and maintaining information within Microsoft Business Central
  • Maintaining accurate project spreadsheets

  • Monitoring internal communication channels and escalating delivery issues
  • Collating and recording proof of delivery information
  • Inputting documentation received from third-party hauliers

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
