Overview
We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join a major infrastructure project based in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire. This is a site-based role supporting the Project Manager and wider delivery team with the administration, coordination and reporting needed to keep the project running efficiently.
You’ll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders in a busy engineering and construction environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within major infrastructure projects, with long-term career progression available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.
- Maintain accurate project records, trackers, registers and documentation.
- Prepare reports, meeting packs, correspondence and project updates.
- Organise meetings, record actions and follow up on key deliverables.
- Support project timesheets, purchase orders, invoices and general project administration.
- Coordinate site personnel, visitors, meetings, training and project activities.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and client representatives.
- Maintain training, competency and project records.
- Support project mobilisation and close-out activities.
- Ensure administration is completed accurately and in line with project, quality and health & safety requirements.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Site Administrator or similar role.
- Experience within construction, engineering, energy, utilities or infrastructure is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a project team.
- Experience within a regulated or major-project environment would be advantageous.
