Project Administrator, KMCR

Role Eligibility

Please note: at this stage, the role is open only to colleagues currently employed within Kent and Medway NHS Trusts, the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Medway Community Healthcare or working on the Staff Bank within these organisations. Nursing and AHP vacancies are also open to Student Nurses and Newly Qualified Nurses/AHPs.

Role Purpose

This role will support the Kent and Medway Care Record (KMCR) team on the delivery of programme, project, and operational services to KMCR partner organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the KMCR programme, working as a member of the wider programme team.
• Engage with KMCR partner organisations and stakeholders to deliver the requirements of the programme plan.
• Facilitate the delivery of project outcomes by communicating in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Maintain relationships and gain the cooperation of others through providing routine and complex information which may require tact, negotiation or persuasive skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Ensure the project operates effectively by undertaking comprehensive administrative tasks, such as:
  • Project management through updating project databases and organising project programmes.
  • Preparing documentation and presentations for the project team.
  • Handling team correspondence.
  • Scheduling meetings.
  • Diary management for the project team.
  • Task-related problem solving.
  • Maintaining stock of equipment and supplies.
  • Completion of standard forms, surveys, and audits.
• Provide assurance of compliance with Information Governance policy and Standard Operating Procedures by compiling organisational and project reports in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Responsibilities will include taking formal minutes, managing agendas, recording clear actions and following these up to check completion, entering project data, retrieving necessary information.
