ROLE TITLE: Project Administrator / PMO Support Analyst
LOCATION: Stratford – Hybrid working model
CLEARANCE: 5 years continuous UK residency
We are actively looking to secure a Project Administrator / PMO Support Analyst to join Experis. Job Purpose/The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for three Project Administrator / PMO Support professionals to join a large-scale programme environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management capability, and experience supporting project or programme delivery teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project administration and PMO support across programme activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Work closely with communications teams to support strategic messaging and engagement activities
- Support the identification of improvement and growth opportunities
- Prepare presentations, reports and programme updates for stakeholders
- Assist with issue resolution and problem-solving activities
- Support governance, coordination and general programme administration

Your Skills:
- Previous PMO, Project Support or Project Administration experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships across teams
- Strong presentation and reporting skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Must have a minimum of 5 years' continuous UK residency
