Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Location: Units 5-7, Stretton Business Park, 2 Brunel Dr, Stretton, Burton-on-Trent DE13 0BY

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience using CRM systems desirable

Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Client Relationship Management - Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout their Solar PV and Battery Storage installation journey. Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, address queries, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Project Coordination & Communication - Liaise with clients, contractors, installers, scaffolders, and internal departments to ensure projects progress smoothly, timelines are met, and all stakeholders remain informed.

Project Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate project records, including progress updates, change requests, and installation documentation. Prepare reports and update relevant systems to support invoicing and project tracking.
