  • Salary of £26,732.16

  • Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

  • Location: Units 5-7, Stretton Business Park, 2 Brunel Dr, Stretton, Burton-on-Trent DE13 0BY

  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience using CRM systems desirable

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Client Relationship Management - Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout their Solar PV and Battery Storage installation journey. Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, address queries, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

  • Project Coordination & Communication - Liaise with clients, contractors, installers, scaffolders, and internal departments to ensure projects progress smoothly, timelines are met, and all stakeholders remain informed.

  • Project Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate project records, including progress updates, change requests, and installation documentation. Prepare reports and update relevant systems to support invoicing and project tracking.
