Job Title: Project Analyst
Location: Lincoln (Hybrid - Minimum 2 days onsite per week)
Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Salary: £28,900+ DOE
About the Role
Our client is looking for a Project Analyst to support the successful delivery of software implementation projects within the healthcare sector.
Working closely with Project Managers, customers, and internal teams, you'll help configure solutions, analyse data, troubleshoot issues, deliver client training, and ensure projects are delivered successfully from implementation through to go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Support software implementation projects
- Configure systems based on project requirements
- Analyse and resolve data issues
- Troubleshoot technical and implementation challenges
- Deliver client training (remote & onsite)
- Coordinate project meetings and documentation
- Build strong client relationships
- Support customers during project go-live

Required Experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Good IT skills with a willingness to learn
- Strong organisation and self-management skills
- Comfortable working with customers
- Flexibility for occasional travel and overnight stays
- Proactive and collaborative approach
Nice to Have
- Experience in a Project Analyst, Implementation Consultant, Systems Analyst, or Technical Support role
- SQL knowledge
- Experience with project planning tools
- Healthcare industry experience
- PRINCE2 or similar project management qualification
