We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Process Mapping Consultant to support a major discovery and transformation programme. You will work across multiple business functions to map current-state processes, analyse operational challenges, document findings, and help shape future investment decisions. This is a hands-on role focused on process improvement, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and executive-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders across multiple departments to document current-state processes.
- Produce high-quality process documentation including service blueprints, value stream maps, SIPOC diagrams, and workflow maps.
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across customer-facing and internal processes.
- Translate audit findings and business insights into concise, evidence-based recommendations for senior leadership.
- Maintain project governance activities including action trackers, risk logs, status reports, and progress updates.
- Analyse and reconcile information from multiple data sources including contracts, licensing records, financial data, and operational reports.
- Support the design, execution, and analysis of surveys and business assessments.
- Consolidate findings from multiple workstreams into clear recommendations and decision-making packs.
- Facilitate stakeholder validation sessions to ensure documented processes accurately reflect operational reality.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to transfer knowledge and embed process-mapping capabilities within the organisation.
- Support discovery and transformation activities while ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.

- Proven experience producing process maps, service blueprints, value stream maps, SIPOC diagrams, or equivalent business process documentation.
- Strong Business Analyst and/or Project Management experience within discovery, transformation, process improvement, or change programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and interviewing skills.
- Experience gathering requirements and documenting complex business processes across multiple functions.
- Strong written communication skills with experience producing reports, recommendations, executive summaries, and governance documentation.
- Comfortable analysing complex, incomplete, or inconsistent data from multiple sources.
- Experience working independently and driving delivery across multiple stakeholders and business areas.
- Ability to deliver tangible outputs within tight project timelines.
