We’re looking for a Project & Operations Coordinator to join the team at CHALK and help us deliver FF&E projects across the education and commercial sectors.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, keeping projects organised and making things happen. You’ll work closely with our Project Managers and wider team, coordinating orders, schedules, suppliers, documentation and project information across multiple live projects.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Take ownership of project administration and order management
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and project teams
- Prepare and maintain schedules, Product Books and project documentation
- Support FF&E pricing and tenders
- Coordinate RAMS, installation and delivery information
- Spot risks, missing information or outstanding actions before they become problems

We’re looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and confidence using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Most importantly, you’ll be a self-starter, someone who takes responsibility, follows things through and looks for better ways of working.
Experience in project administration, procurement, construction, interiors or FF&E would be advantageous, but direct FF&E experience isn’t essential. For us, organisation, accuracy, initiative and attitude matter just as much.
