About The Role

We are partnering with a boutique, high-end interior design studio to find a Project and Procurement Coordinator to join their collaborative and friendly team. The studio delivers a diverse portfolio of bespoke interiors restoration projects.

In this role, you will manage projects from inception to completion, overseeing FF&E procurement, specifications, budgets, and timelines. You will also play a key role in the smooth running of the studio, helping to maintain its exceptional reputation. The ideal candidate will have industry experience, excellent communication skills, and strong working knowledge of Estimac.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate high-end residential interior design projects from concept through to installation
  • Manage procurement, purchasing, logistics, and project schedules to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Prepare and maintain FF&E specifications alongside the design team
  • Support the design process through product research, sourcing, and supplier coordination
  • Organise technical documentation, project information, and budgets across multiple live projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors
  • Act as a central point of contact, resolving issues, and keeping projects on track

Key Skills / Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in project coordination, procurement, or FF&E within luxury interior design
  • Proficiency in Estimac is essential
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and project coordination
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple projects and prioritising competing deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience using CAD, Vectorworks, or Photoshop being an advantage
