Job Description

Job Title: Project Management Apprentice (24-month contract)

At Global, we think big, work hard, and never stand still. We’re the proud home of the best media and entertainment, driven by our talented and passionate people. Our mission? To make everyone’s day brighter— our Globallers, our audiences, our partners, and our communities. Whether we’re in the studio, building world-class technology, or securing record Outdoor advertising partnerships, we make sure we’re doing it as a team.

Your New Role

Join Global’s Outdoor Transformation Programme Office as a Project Management Apprentice and kickstart your career in project delivery.

Reporting to the Head of PMO, you’ll gain hands-on experience in project coordination, governance, and delivery while studying for a Level 4 Project Management qualification.

This is a unique opportunity to learn by doing, supporting real transformation projects across our Outdoor advertising portfolio.

This role will have exposure to the full spectrum of activity across Outdoor including the Programmes team environment, project management and project delivery, governance, administration, coordination, and activities that aid in delivering projects, such as planning, tracking, and reporting.

The role requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail, working collaboratively with various teams and a real passion for learning how different projects are managed and delivered.

This is an exceptional opportunity offering a blend of technical project delivery and coordination skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
