Project Architect | Nottingham | Hybrid Working | £45,000–£55,000 DOE

Are you an experienced ARB Registered Architect looking for the opportunity to lead projects, mentor colleagues and play a key role within a thriving architectural practice?

Alfred Recruitment is partnering with a highly respected multidisciplinary design practice in Nottingham that is looking to appoint a Project Architect as part of its continued growth. This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working alongside experienced colleagues on a varied portfolio of work across the built environment.

The Opportunity

  • Lead projects through all RIBA work stages.
  • Coordinate clients, consultants and wider design teams.
  • Produce and review planning, technical and construction information.
  • Manage programmes, budgets and project delivery.
  • Mentor junior architects and contribute to the development of the studio.
  • Attend client meetings, design workshops and site visits.

About You

  • ARB Registered Architect.
  • Around 5+ years' post-Part 3 experience within a UK architectural practice.
  • Proven experience delivering projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Revit, ArchiCAD or another BIM platform.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and building strong client relationships.

Experience within sectors such as education, residential, commercial, industrial or public sector projects would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
