I’m delighted to be working once again with one of my long-standing clients; an award-winning AJ100 architecture practice based in Central London.
Due to their outstanding staff retention, opportunities with this studio rarely come to market, making these roles particularly exciting!
With a growing solid pipeline of high-profile projects across the UK and Europe, they are now looking to expand their talented team. A firm for their exceptional design quality and collaborative culture, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected practice offering a hybrid working model (2 days in the office) and an outstanding working environment. Having spent time in their beautifully designed studio myself, I can genuinely say it’s a place many architects would love to work in.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
