Project Architect Role Summary
Healthcare Projects | Central London | (Hybrid: 2 days WFH) | £40,000 – £50,000 DOE
Are you an Architect looking to develop your career with a design-led practice that creates meaningful spaces for healthcare and communities? This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected Central London studio, working on complex, impactful projects from concept through to completion while developing your technical and project delivery skills alongside an experienced team.
You’ll play a key role in the delivery of healthcare and community projects, collaborating closely with senior architects, consultants, and clients within a supportive, collaborative environment that offers excellent career progression.
Key Requirements
- ARB-registered Architect with 3–5 years’ post-Part III experience
- Experience delivering UK projects across all RIBA Stages
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Advanced Revit proficiency is essential
- Experience producing technical packages and construction information
- Confident coordinating with consultants and wider project teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience within healthcare, education, public sector, or other complex sectors is advantageous but not essential
- Proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for high-quality design and technical delivery

Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of healthcare and community projects across all RIBA Stages
- Produce and coordinate Revit models, technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages
- Work closely with senior team members to ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget
- Coordinate information with consultants and wider project teams
- Attend client, consultant, and site meetings, assisting with project delivery throughout construction
- Contribute to design development while maintaining high technical standards
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and healthcare design standards
- Support project planning, technical reviews, and quality assurance processes
- Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues
