Project Architect – ARB – Residential and Commercial Projects

Mixed Use & Residential Projects | Location: London | Start: ASAP | Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 | Flexible Working + 2 Days WFH

We’re supporting a design-led London studio seeking a talented Part 3 ARB Project Architect to join their growing team and work on a range of mixed-use and residential projects.

This role is ideal for a technically strong architect with excellent AutoCAD skills and experience delivering UK projects through Stage 4 and Stage 5. Working knowledge of REVIT, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate project drawing packages using AutoCAD and REVIT
  • Support Stage 4 and Stage 5 technical design delivery
  • Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary teams
  • Produce detailed technical information and drawing packages
  • Maintain design quality throughout project delivery

Requirements

  • Part 3 ARB qualified Architect
  • Strong UK residential and mixed use project experience
  • Excellent AutoCAD skills essential
  • Working knowledge of REVIT, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
  • Strong technical, coordination, and communication skills
  • Confident working in collaborative design teams
