Project Architect Opportunity
Are you a Project Architect who wants to take ownership of varied, technically interesting work while joining a respected consultancy with a strong Scottish presence? I’m recruiting on behalf of an established multidisciplinary practice in Glasgow that is looking to appoint a confident architect capable of leading projects from early design through delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creative thinking with the practical detail needed to get buildings designed, coordinated and built properly. You’ll work across a broad portfolio that may include commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and public sector projects, giving you genuine variety rather than keeping you tied to one project type.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal colleagues.
- Take responsibility for developing design proposals.
- Produce and review technical information.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Support projects through planning, building warrant, tender, and construction.
- Manage priorities, communicate clearly, and maintain high standards throughout each stage of the process.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
