Our work is defined by thoughtful, contemporary architecture in some of the UK's most significant historic settings. We collaborate with colleges, universities, schools, theatres, churches, and other valued clients to deliver inspiring projects that respect heritage while embracing innovation.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Project Architect to take a leading role in delivering high-profile contemporary projects within historic and heritage environments. This is an opportunity to shape exceptional architecture from concept through to completion, working across all RIBA stages on projects that make a lasting impact. You'll be trusted to lead design teams, build strong client relationships, and coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, while contributing to the continued growth and direction of the practice. About You
You will have:
- A minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience in the UK.
- Proven experience leading projects through all RIBA work stages.
- Excellent design, technical, and project delivery skills.
- Strong client-facing and communication abilities.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- A collaborative approach and the enthusiasm to mentor and support junior colleagues.

Conservation accreditation, or significant experience in the repair, adaptation, and conservation of historic buildings, would be an advantage, although it is not essential.
